Auditions now open for VSV’s Got Talent!
VSV will be holding our annual F-12 Awards ceremony on Monday, 16 December 2019. Due to the success in 2018, the event will once again be at the Ivanhoe Grammar Performing Arts Centre. Invitations for all VSV students and families will be sent out shortly.
With over 4000 students from diverse backgrounds at VSV, we know that there is an abundance of talent and skill out there. Given this, we are offering an amazing opportunity for students to perform live on stage to 500 members of our school community, which will be live streamed to our online community around the globe.
We are now calling for video auditions for our ‘VSV’s Got Talent’ showcase. Performers will be considered by a panel of teachers from VSV to determine which acts will be selected to be performed live or have their video played on the day.
We have around six performing positions available. Acts can range from singing, dancing or musical performances to unique skills such as juggling, a drama performance, magic or gymnastics. They sky is the limit on what your talent might be, so surprise and thrill us with your audition. Group performances and collaboration such as a singing group, band or dance group are highly encouraged.
The criteria that needs to be followed is:
– Video submissions must be of the act you will perform/play on the day.
– submit the link to your performance to [email protected]
– Length of performance should be between 2-5 minutes
– Auditions must be submitted by Friday, 22 November
