The Margaret Jessie Black Trust Fund awards grants to Virtual School Victoria (VSV) students annually. Award recipients of this grant are usually those with some kind of exceptional skill or talent, those who have a viable plan for community service, or those from a disadvantaged background.
In 2019, the grant will be awarded to three VSV students selected by a panel from the VSV school community. There are grants of $450 for each of the three categories: equity, community and cultural.
